We meet your team, understand what's really happening (not just what's in the reports) and identify where you're actually stuck. No assumptions, no cookie-cutter solutions.

We get the basics sorted

Clear the noise, fix the fundamentals and put the right structures in place so progress can actually happen. This might mean getting your bid-ready documents sorted, unsticking a stalled project or building the business case properly.

We stay until it's working

We don't disappear after the kick-off. We stick around, track what's happening, adapt when things change and make sure you're in a stronger position when we step back. Even months later, we'll check in to see if what we built is still working, not to sell you more work, but because we don't like seeing good work gather dust.

  • We work with public sector bodies, charities and nonprofits and SMEs of all shapes and sizes, anyone delivering projects or services that matter to communities, from council teams and housing associations to social enterprises and local businesses.

  • Most of our support is project-based or outcome-based, so you'll know what you're paying for upfront. For smaller jobs or ongoing work, we agree a day rate or monthly fee depending on what works best. No surprise invoices.

  • That's perfectly normal. Most of our clients start with a conversation about what's stuck or not working. We'll ask good questions, suggest options and help you work out the best way forward. If we're not the right fit, we'll point you in the right direction - no obligation no hard sell.

  • Yes. We work wherever you need us, on site, remotely or a blend of both. Many projects start remotely and we'll visit as needed. This keeps things flexible, cost-effective and focused on results.

  • Usually within days. After a quick diagnostic call, we agree scope and get moving as soon as you're ready. If you need urgent help, we aim to respond fast and fit around your timelines.

  • Bello is led by Shay Bello — yes, that’s where the name comes from. She’s your main point of contact but she’s backed by a trusted network of associates, including SC-cleared consultants, commercial specialists and project managers. We bring in the right people for each job. If we can't help with something, we'll tell you honestly and point you towards someone who can.
